How to get Business Verified
verify your business

Business Verification

What is a business account?

A business account is designed for established businesses that purchase products for professional use, trade, or resale.

Businesses may include physical retail shops, hair salons, barbershops, beauty businesses, wholesalers, and other established businesses operating within the hair and beauty sector.

Business accounts are intended for customers with genuine business credentials and established purchasing requirements. We may consider factors such as your business registration, trading address, purchasing activity, and overall business profile when assessing eligibility.

How do I verify I am a business account?

First, register for an account on our website and provide your business details. Once your account and purchasing activity have been reviewed, we will assess whether you qualify for business account status. This review can take up to 14 days.

Please ensure that your company number and/or genuine business trading address is included in your account details and used as your primary address where appropriate.

As part of our verification process, we may use several sources of information, including:

  • Companies House registration details
  • VAT registration details, where applicable
  • Verification of your business address through recognised postal and address databases
  • Confirmation that the business operates from genuine commercial premises
  • The nature of your business and its relevance to hair and beauty products
  • Purchasing activity and order patterns

Business accounts are reviewed periodically, normally every 90 days. We reserve the right to change an account from business to consumer status if the account no longer meets our business account requirements.

How do I check if my account is business or consumer?

Simply sign in to your account on our website. Your account type will be displayed in your account information.

Please note that business account status is by invitation and approval only. We may review your account if we identify inconsistencies between your business information, registered address, company details, or purchasing activity.

If our systems or review process indicate that an account is not being used for genuine business purposes, we may change the account classification from business to consumer.

What are the benefits of a business account?

Business customers have different purchasing and service requirements from consumers, so our business accounts are designed to provide a more tailored experience.

Depending on your business and purchasing requirements, benefits may include:

  • Streamlined business ordering and payment services
  • Dedicated support for business enquiries
  • Faster communication for bespoke requirements
  • Assistance with business pricing and product availability
  • Information about new product launches and promotions
  • Support with larger or bulk orders
  • Access to previous business invoices
  • Notifications regarding relevant price changes
  • Business pricing and tiered pricing based on purchasing volume
  • Assistance in identifying products and ranges suited to your business

We assess each business customer individually so that we can provide pricing, product ranges, and services that are appropriate for their purchasing needs.

B2B explained?

B2B means Business-to-Business. It refers to transactions where one business supplies products or services to another business rather than selling directly to an individual consumer.

For example, a hair salon purchasing professional hair products for use in the salon, or a retailer purchasing products for resale, would be a B2B customer.

Our B2B service is designed to make business purchasing easier by providing eligible businesses with tailored pricing, support, ordering services, product information, and assistance with larger or recurring orders.

Can I get my B2B Pricelist?

Yes. B2B price lists are available to eligible business customers, subject to successful business verification and approval.

Once your business account has been approved, please contact us regarding access to the relevant B2B pricing for your business.

Product and Price Change?

We notify our business account customers of relevant product and price changes.

Once logged into your business account, you can view the badge and the prices applicable to your account. Where pricing changes affect your business purchases, we will provide the relevant information through our business communication channels.

Is there a minimum order for business accounts?

There is no minimum order value for approved B2B customers. You can place orders according to your business requirements.

However, business accounts are reviewed periodically. If less than £300 has been purchased within the previous 90 days, your account may be reviewed to ensure that it continues to meet our B2B account criteria.

This review helps us maintain dedicated business services, confidential business communications, and business pricing for genuine trade customers, while protecting the interests and investment of our committed business customers across the sector.

Distributors & Export

Can I become a distributor?

Yes. We welcome enquiries from distributors, wholesalers, and hair and beauty suppliers across a range of territories. We are always interested in hearing from established businesses that are interested in representing and distributing our brands.

To apply, please contact us with details of your business, the territory or market you operate in, your existing distribution network, and relevant experience within the hair and beauty industry.

We will review your enquiry and, where appropriate, contact you to discuss the opportunity and next steps.

What is the requirement for becoming a distributor?

Distributor applications are considered on a case-by-case basis. We assess each business according to its market, experience, capabilities, and potential to represent our brands effectively.

We may request supporting information such as company registration details, turnover and number of staff, and details of your current product portfolio as part of the review process. Meeting these criteria does not automatically guarantee distributor approval. Each application is reviewed individually.

Do you export to overseas?

Yes. We export to a range of international markets and welcome enquiries from overseas businesses interested in stocking or distributing our products.

If you are an international retailer, wholesaler, distributor, salon supplier, or other established business, please contact us with your country and business details.

Our team can advise you on product availability, export pricing, shipping options, minimum order quantities, and other requirements applicable to your market.

What is the requirement for export?

Export orders are subject to product availability, logistics requirements, minimum order quantities, and any applicable export and import regulations in the destination country.

Requirements may vary depending on the country, product, order volume, and shipping method. Please note, shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, delivery arrangements, and any other applicable charges or requirements will vary by destination and will be confirmed with you before your order is processed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be legally imported into their destination country and for complying with any applicable local import requirements.
